Chubb Corporation is the 10th largest property and casualty insurer in the United States. They have more than 120 offices in 29 countries. According to Fortune, the corporation is the 156th largest corporation in the United States. The corporation offers the following insurance services: commercial, specialty, surety, and personal. [1]
Between 1970 and 2004, the company operated The Chubb Institute, a chain of for-profit technical schools, as a subsidiary. Originally created for employee training purposes, the Chubb Institute's only current course offerings relating to insurance is through its medical billing program. The schools were sold to the High-Tech Institute in 2004.
