[edit] Savile Town

Just a note about the article, which I mostly wrote. Savile Town nowadays is almost exclusively Muslim, so anything written about it today is going to involve Islam. It has the largest mosque in the country. However, there is quite a bit of history on the page, including the origins of the name and the textile heritage. Anything non-Muslim is going to have to be history for that page.

By the way, I am not a Muslim. I just come from roughly two miles east of Savile Town, and thought that it could do with an article, considering its media presence in recent years. Epa101 (talk) 09:58, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
