I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

You recently stated, "A free replacement could not be created that would give information equivilant to this image, as it would need to be a photograph of the person." This completely misses the point. You provided no reason that a freely-licensed photograph of this person could not be created. As such, no grounds were presented to indicate that the image was not replaceable and so has been deleted. --Yamla 14:59, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
