The article states "Chris-Town was the first indoor air-conditioned mall built west of the Mississippi River." ...the first enclosed mall, period, is Southdale mall in Edina, MN. If Southdale had air conditioning, then this fact is false since Edina is west of the mississippi (barely). (Corby 14:16, 22 July 2006 (UTC))

[edit] Grossman Company Properties acquired the mall in 2001?

This needs to be fixed. Grossman actually acquired Chris-Town way back in 1965. What happened in 2001 was the name change to "Phoenix Spectrum Mall." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phoenix1963 (talkcontribs) 19:54, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
