According to the Web Cam the Bridge Opened around 4:30 PM on July 23, 2007. According to the Web Cam picture at http://modot3.oxblue.com/ taken at that time showing the motorcade just went across the river. Sawblade05 (talk to me | my wiki life) 09:50, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
