[edit] NPOV Concerns about this stub article

I think this stub has a few weaknesses. First is the parenthetical statements about Professor William Baker that are carried over from the OC Weekly article. The Wikipedia article states: "controversial for his expulsion from Robert H. Schuller's Crystal Cathedral mission after exposure of his affiliations with extremist political groups, including chairmanship of the Neo-Nazi Populist Party.[1]". I am pleased that there is a reference for this assertionbut the article currently states that Mr. Baker is controversial. I would ask, controversial according to whom? Charged characterizations should be quoted and directly attributed. Thane Eichenauer (talk) 01:36, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

Second the article states "chairmanship of the Neo-Nazi Populist Party" which draws a conclusion that the Populist Party is Neo-Nazi or that the title of the party was "Neo-Nazi Populist Party". In the referenced article the author makes such a characterization but such a statement should either be deleted or modified to state "chairmanship of the Populist Party" as that is a statement of fact that is neutrally worded [WP:NPOV] and not subject to dispute or debate. [edit] Remove biased and charged text

The remaining text is factual, unlikely to be disputed by any party and does not include biased characterizations of Mr. William Baker. Thane Eichenauer (talk) 20:25, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
