This article appears to be a rough translation from another language into English, and has some grammatical irregularities. The line "In our times North Africa is considered a country of Islam" is notable because North Africa is not a country. The site also uses a comma as a decimal point and a space as the numerical comma. This may not be an error, as it is standard in other languages, but it is indicative that this page is a rough translation from another language that has not been edited to a more Standard English form.
