[edit] Article needs to be a little more neutral in tone

The article currently reads like it could be taken from a brochure by the organization. It's not quite to the level where I feel compelled to add an {{advert}} template, but it does need a more neutral tone.--Kubigula (talk) 04:02, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
