I'm not entirely clear the nature of this coalition; do they agree not to contest the same seats? Regardless, I think this doesn't warrant its own article (esp. one like this which which mainly just contains a quote from their website) and should be merged into both parties' articles.

It does merit its own article because for foreigners who don't know dutch politics a dual link will be very confusing and situation needs some explaining (you finding it confusing is proof of that), furthermore this article has a considerable number of links from Euro-elections articles.
