[edit] An MLA?

I am unsure as to whether Kibermanis was ever actually an MLA, given that his election was overturned. I'm not saying he *wasn't* an MLA - I'm just not clear on the technicalities of all of this. Could somebody source the statement that he was an MLA? Sarcasticidealist 23:58, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
