Purpose of use	A silhouette of the protagonist of this radio programme, in character. The BBC released this publicity photograph to illustrate the radio show, and that is its use here. Use of the image on wikipedia does not reduce the rights of the copyholder, or materially effect the ability of the organisation, or photographer to exploit their rights in the original high resolution image.
Replaceable?	No, the radio show ended more than ten years ago. The subject of the photograph has 'retired' from public life. Any derivative image would similarly be liable to copyright.
