Chrysovalantis P. Kefalas

Chrysovalantis P. Kefalas [1] (born September 28, 1979) is a Maryland attorney who served as Deputy Counsel to the Governor of Maryland, Robert Ehrlich. On December 14, 2004, Governor Ehrlich appointed him as Deputy Counsel, making him the youngest attorney and first Greek-American to hold the Office. Kefalas was born in the small community of Greektown, Baltimore and raised just north of Baltimore City in Carney, Maryland. After attending Baltimore County public schools through junior high school, Kefalas graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, Maryland. Subsequently, he received degrees from Loyola College in Maryland (2001) and the University of Baltimore School of Law[2] (2004), where he served as a member of the Editorial Board of the University of Baltimore Law Forum, the University's legal journal[3], graduated magna cum laude, and earned membership into the the Heuisler Honor Society.
