Christopher S. Anastasi is an Author of Greek Cypriot descent currently based in the United Kingdom. His first novel to date is called Reappearance, which was published in 2002 by Janus Publishing Co, London.
Originally written as Destiny of Love, Reappearance tells the story of a man in search of the reincarnated soul of a woman once loved by him from a previous lifetime. The novel was adapted from an original "spec" screenplay also written by Christopher S. Anastasi back in 1999, that was never produced.
Most of the novel is cleverly set in both the past and present, along the Dingle Peninsula in South Western Ireland, but also New York city, United States. This is quite exemplary of Christopher S. Anastasi's work, which always makes use of Spiritualism and extremes of geography as a basis for the episodic development of the plot.
Christopher S. Anastasi also came to prominence in 1990 when his sci-fi radio play Tunnel AD was shortlisted for the The Woolwich Young Radio Playwrights' Competition in the United Kingdom.
According to various sources, earlier this year, Christopher S. Anastasi recently completed another novelisation of an unproduced original screenplay he wrote in 1999, which is currently proving to be of interest to various producers and publishers.
