Christopher Norris (born October 7, 1953) is an American movie and television actress.

She is probably best known for her portrayal of nurse Gloria "Ripples" Brancusi in the CBS television series Trapper John, M.D..

Early notable roles include the wild girl, Miriam, in "Summer of '42", a heroic young flight attendant in the 1975 disaster film Airport 1975, and as hot girl alongside Ron Howard in Roger Corman's "Eat My Dust". Early in her career she played wholesome, "girl next door" types, and, later in her career, she got more "vixen" type roles, including the role of Laura Asher on the daytime soap "Santa Barbara".

Also, early in her career, she was often mistaken for Melanie Griffith, due to their resemblance. Because of this, Griffith was mistakenly interviewed in the 1990's by the British media about acting in Airport 1975.

In the 1990's, she took a break from acting and got a degree in psychology from Antioch University.

She is an avid antique collector.
