Christopher James Mitchell

Christopher James Mitchell (born 31 January 1979) is a British television producer and executive, currently the Director of the production company Relevant Picture Company Ltd. Prior to this, he was the youngest person ever appointed to the trustee board of St Pauls Cathedral, London. He currently lives in Hampstead, London.

Mitchell left school at 16 and in the summer of 1995, after doing work experience at ITN News and Weather was given exclusive access to government, royalty and celebrities backstage at the VE Day Celebrations in Hyde Park. This in turn led to work in musical theatre for the Cameron Mackintosh production of Oliver! at the London Palladium and then at Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group. He is now studying part-time for a degree in law and film directing.

The company is currently in production with Sunset Boulevard (2008 film), Jurassic Park 4 and The Pillars of the Earth at Pinewood Film Studios. The company is also engaged in co-financing through its equity arm with major broadcasters and producers for new and original films and television productions. The company with Coutts Media Banking will open its Film, Television, Music, Theatre and Representation divisions in Soho Square in December 2007.
