Christopher G. Newhall

Christopher G. Newhall is a world renowned volcanologist with the U.S. Geological Survey. [1]. He is the co-creator of the Volcanic explosivity index and is considered among the worlds leading experts in volcanic prediction [2]. His publications include Fire and Mud: Eruptions and Lahars of Mount Pinatubo, Philippines a heavily cited collection of Volcanology reference material.[3]
