Christopher Cheng

Christopher Cheng is an Australian author.
His 15 children's books include fiction and non-fiction. One Child, a picture book illustrated by Steven Woolman, won the Wilderness Society Environment Award for Picture Books and was a Skipping Stones Honour Book. His historical novel New Gold Mountain, in the My Australian Story series, is set in 1860-61 and involves the Chinese community in Australia. His other books include ZOO You Later, Alpine Regions, Rainforests and several Eyespy Books for Scholastic Australia.
