Christoph Nuehlen

Christoph H. Nuehlen (born March 25, 1975, Krefeld, Germany) is a German artist and director of the FILMZ - Festival des deutschen Kinos.

Nuehlen studied Film, Literature and Media-Law in Germany and Scotland. He graduated from university writing a doctorate thesis on the popular 1990s television series The X-Files and received his PhD. In 1997 he co-founded a German film-magazine called Screenshot. Since 2006 he is director of the German Filmfestival FILMZ.
