Christine Daniels

Christine Daniels (born Mike Penner on October 10, 1957) is a sports writer for the Los Angeles Times. On April 26, 2007 Penner announced in his column that he is a transsexual and will be known as Christine Daniels after returning from vacation.
She joins a growing number of high-profile people who have come out as transgender.
Penner is married to a fellow Los Angeles Times sportswriter Lisa Dillman.[1] The two have no children.
