Owen made his debut in porn in 2000, in the Junior Studio production California Gold in which he co-starred with fellow newcomer Lee Walbash. The movie, directed by gay porn veteran Richard Morgan, immediately established Owen as a highly popular twink porn star, drawing a lot of attention from the twink-loving public.
After California Gold and Sunny Delights for Junior Studio, Owen starred in three productions for Studio2000 and Men of Odyssey during the next year (2001), before retiring from the business for almost four years. Owen performed as a top only in the first two years of his career.
Owen retured to porn in 2005, starring in the first production of Jason Sechrest's new production company DV8 Entertainment. He also briefly dated Jason Sechrest before ending the relationship abruptly. This video has not been released as of September 2006. He continued his career in 2005 and 2006 by performing for several studios, including U.S. Male and Pacific Sun. Owen, now older, more masculine and no longer exclusively fitting his former twink image, bottomed in these new movies.
Towards the end of October, 2007 Owen, using his birth name, entered the Mr Gay USA competition in West Hollywood, CA. In January 2008 and now semi-retired, Owen is now working for Hot House Entertainment.
