Christian Homann Schweigaard

Christian Homann Schweigaard (1838 – 1899) was a Norwegian politician from the Conservative Party, and Prime Minister of Norway in 1884, the so-called April ministerium. Before this he had been Minister of Auditing 1880-1882, member of the Council of State Division in Stockholm 1881 and 1882-1883, and Minister of Finance 1883-1884. He also had two stints as mayor of Oslo, first 1879-1880 and then 1885-1889.
