The Christian Democratic Party of Serbia (Serbian: Демохришћанска Странка Србије or Demohrišćanska Stranka Srbije) is a political party in Serbia. At the final legislative elections in Serbia and Montenegro, held December 28, 2003, the party was part of the Independent Serbia alliance but won no seats. The president of the DHSS is Vladan Batić.[citation needed] The party is a member of the Christian Democrat and People's Parties International Organization.[citation needed] The party has been under heavy criticism for recently joing the Liberal Coalition lead by Čedomir Jovanović.
