Christian Díaz, (born May 12, 1976 in Florencio Varela) is an Argentine football defender, currently playing for Arsenal de Sarandí in Argentina.
Díaz started his career with Independiente in 1995. He was picked to represent the Argentina Under-20 team at the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship, which they eventually won beating Brazil 2-0 in the final.
He moved to Italy in 2000 to join Udinese Calcio, he then played for five spanish clubs between 2001 and 2005, these were RCD Mallorca, Levante UD, Albacete Balompié, Ciudad de Murcia, UD Almería.
In 2005 Díaz returned to Argentina where he has had stints with Olimpo de Bahía Blanca and Huracán before joining Arsenal in 2007.
