Christan Beranek (born August 23, 1974) is an American graphic novelist, actor and musician. Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Beranek currently resides in Los Angeles, California. His graphic novel credits include Dracula vs. King Arthur, Se7en and Hip Hop Chronicles. He wrote, produced and starred in the 2004 indie film Caucasian Brown and has acted in several shorts for Pdflo Films. Also a musician, Beranek plays guitar, sings and writes. In addition, he speaks at conferences all over the world, mainly on two topics: "What It Takes To Make It In Comics" and "Hollywood and the Graphic Novel".
