From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Chris Taylor (born March 6, 1972 in Stratford, Ontario) is a professional ice hockey player who has played for the New York Islanders, Boston Bruins and Buffalo Sabres of the NHL. He had a stellar junior career with the London Knights and graduated from the team as their all-time points leader with 378 (he has since been passed by Corey Perry, who graduated with 380). His professional career has been less impressive, and he has bounced between the NHL and the minor leagues for much of it. He currently plays for the Frankfurt Lions of Germany's Deutsche Eishockey Liga.
His brother Tim Taylor had a successful career in the NHL, playing the role of Captain for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2006–2007 and 2007–2008 seasons.
