Chris T-T is an English singer/songwriter based in London and Brighton. To date he has released five full-length studio albums, a live acoustic album and a mini-album, as well as a number of singles, split singles and EPs. His most recent album is Capital which was released on 17 March 2008 through London independent label Xtra Mile Recordings.
His tour schedule, playing both solo and with a full-volume backing band, is near constant, taking him across the UK and on occasional trips to Europe and North America. He has supported Ben Folds, The Divine Comedy, British Sea Power, Tom Robinson, Elbow, KT Tunstall and many others, as well as performing at CMJ Seminar and Glastonbury Festival. Most recent tours have seen him playing with Brakes, Madrugada, Jim Bob (for whom he was also piano accompanist), Electric Soft Parade and former Delgados singer Emma Pollock.
T-T has contributed fiction and non-fiction writing to a number of books and magazines; composed music for an interactive exhibit at the Natural History Museum; written and performed a live re-soundtracking of Battle Royale at London's Other Cinema; taken part in political and ecological debates, including at SOAS, and curated an evening of political documentaries at Greenwich Film Festival.
In February 2006 and through spring and summer of 2007, Chris presented a series of live radio programmes on Phoenix FM. He will be returning to Phoenix in 2008.
