Christopher Carroll Slade (born January 30, 1971 in Newport News, Virginia) is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League. He played most of his career with the New England Patriots. He played one year for the Carolina Panthers before retiring after the 2001 NFL season. Slade was named to his only Pro Bowl after the 1997 season. He played college football at the University of Virginia.
He currently owns a Planet Smoothie franchise in Johns Creek, GA, which opened in the summer of 2004.
