Chris Shivers is a top-rated bull rider on the Professional Bull Riders' Built Ford Tough Series with career PBR Earnings of $3,300,849.94 (as of November 2007.) Shivers has earned the title of PBR World Champion Bull Rider in 2000 and 2003.

Born on December 30, 1978 in Natchez, Mississippi, this 145-pound, 5'5 bull riding dynamo turned pro in 1997.

Chris is married to Kylie. They have two sons; the first is Christopher Brand Shivers, who is 4 years old, and the second, Parker Blayne Shivers, was born on July 10, 2007. The family currently resides in Jonesville, Louisiana.

With 19 career BFTS wins under his belt, having his name etched in bull riding history is nothing new to Chris. Since he started riding professionally in 1997, Chris has recorded the following history-making firsts: the first PBR bull rider to win more than $300,000 in prize money in one year (1998); the first PBR bull rider to reach the $1 million mark (2001), the $2 million mark (2003) and the $3 million mark (2006); the first PBR bull rider to register 13 90-point rides in one season (1998); the highest marked ride in PBR history (a 96.5 point ride); and the first bull rider to win three consecutive Bud Light Cup events (2000). The two-time world champion is sending a message to fans across the world that he has his eyes set on third PBR championship buckle.
