Christopher Rager (Last Name pronounced Rayger) is a FUNimation voice actor most famous for Mr. Satan in Dragon Ball Z and Arlong and Buchi in One Piece. As well as being notable for his roles in Dragon Ball Z. He has provided additional voices for Samurai 7, Yu Yu Hakusho, Fullmetal Alchemist and Blue Gender.
