Chris Natt

Chris Natt is an Australian politician and former Australian rules footballer with Port Adelaide Football Club.
A ruckman, Natt played 216 games for Port Adelaide between 1972 and 1983. Following his retirement from football, Natt moved to the Northern Territory to take up the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Territory Football League. He has been an Australian Labor Party member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly since June 2005. Natt represents the electorate of Drysdale which encompasses the outer suburban areas of both Darwin and Palmerston as well as the surrounding rural areas. Natt won the seat with an unexpected 17.5% swing to the ALP at the 2005 Territory election. He is the current Minister for Mines and Energy.
Natt's brother Greg also played football for Port Adelaide.
