Christopher Eddie Mims (born September 29, 1970 in Los Angeles, California) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League who played for the San Diego Chargers and the Washington Redskins. Mims was drafted by the Chargers in the 1st round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Tennessee.
