Chris Lawrence (born 19 October 1988 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian professional rugby league player in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition who currently plays for the Wests Tigers. Lawrence's position of choice is wing, but he can also operate at centre or lock.

Chris Lawrence was a student at the strong rugby league college of St Gregory's College, Campbelltown. In Round 21 of the 2006 season he made his debut for the Wests Tigers against the Brisbane Broncos up at Suncorp Stadium. He scored a try on debut and played in every match for the remainder of the year, picking up two tries in five matches of his rookie season. The following year Lawrence played in eighteen of the Tigers' twenty-five matches as he went on to score sixteen first grade tries. As well as working towards cementing his position in the first grade team, Lawrence is currently in his first year of Exercise and Sports Science studies at Sydney University. [1][2]
