Chris Karcz (born April 15, 1983 in Clifton, New Jersey) is an American soccer currently playing for Newark Ironbound Express in the USL Premier Development League.

Karcz was selected by the Chicago Fire with their third round pick (27th overall) in the 2005 MLS Supplemental Draft in February 2005, before moving to Red Bull New York of Major League Soccer. He was waived by that team at the end of the 2007 season.

Karcz played four seasons of collegiate soccer at Rutgers University, where he was a three-time All-Big East selection. He finished his Rutgers career with 18 goals and 13 assists in 76 career games, despite having been plagued by knee injuries.[1] Prior to attending Rutgers, Karcz attended Clifton High School in Clifton, New Jersey, where he was a First Team All-American.[2]
