Chris Kamara's Street Soccer is a game for the Playstation, created by media developers Midas Games. It was released in 2000 after mass media hysteria over the unbelievable graphics, quality, and entertainment value of the game. After posting sales of over 32 million inside its first month on sale, it quickly went down in gaming history as the Playstation's best game. Ever...
The cover of the game conveys a picture of the hero himself, 'Kammy', playing for The Blades, otherwise known as Sheffield United, sponsored by Laver, and about to shit on the opposition.
The instruction manual is 60 pages long, and contains detailed instructions in English, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, much to everyone's undoubted pleasure and relief... especially those Greenpeace folk, who would in any other scenario cite this manual as a waste of paper and Brazilian rainforest, and generally label it as the cause of all satanic evil on this planet, including Global Warming.
The graphics for Chris Kamara's Street Soccer were considered revolutionary upon release of the game, with many reviews from notable magazines such as 'Men's Health', 'Maxim', and 'Asian Boobs' quoting the game as 'Unbelievable Jeff!', much to Kammy's amusement. Indeed, the game offers a wide variety of game styles, including Penalty Shootout (which is impossible), Time Attack (which is impossible), Exhibition (which is impossible, even when you're playing your retarded friend Ness), WOG Uncle Tom (Bonus round the street equivalent of the popular wembley doubles game), Arcade (which is even more impossible), League (which brings tears to the eyes of even the most insomnia suffering insomniac), and last, but most definitely not least, Cup (against computers so impossibly difficult not even King Kammy could think of a witty word to describe it).
Many gamers, since 2007, have longed for a sequel, mainly because they just finished the first game and would love the experience this epiphony of a game on the PS-Triple.
