Chris Dyer is an Australian engineer who works for the Scuderia Ferrari Formula One team as race engineer for Kimi Räikkönen. He was previously race engineer for Michael Schumacher. Dyer graduated with a mechanical engineering degree in 1990. From there, he worked at Packard Electric as a production engineer for one year, then moved to Holden Racing Team as a designer and data analysis engineer, until 1996, when he left the team and joined Arrows F1 as part of the track team. During Dyer's time as Schumacher's race engineer, from 2003 to 2006, Ferrari won two Formula One Constructors' Championships. When Räikkönen joined Ferrari, he won immediately, and after a tough season, the pair brought Drivers' championship to Maranello. Dyer and Räikkönen worked closely together to improve Räikkönen's F2007 suitable with his driving style which has given good results beginning with American GP.(After American GP, 5 fastest laps, 5 wins, 9 podiums and 2 pole positions.
