Image is the front cover art of the North American version of Chocobo's Dungeon 2, and is copyright Square Enix.
Image was found at http://www.vgmuseum.com/scans/psx.html.
Image was first cleaned a little and then resized (smaller) to get rid of unwanted visual artifacts all over the color image.
