Chouda Rani (died 1996) was an Indian novelist and author. The youngest daughter of Tripuraneni Ramswamy, she was the wife of Atluri Pitcheswara Rao, a noted Indian mutineer.

She was perhaps the first Telugu woman to have started an exclusive Telugu book store in the then-Madras in 1969. She served the Telugu people of that Tamilnadu state for more than 27 years.
