Chong Tese (in Japan) or Jeong Dae-Se (in South Korea) (Korean: 정대세, Hanja: 鄭大世, born March 2, 1984 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan) is a North Korean football player currently playing for J. League side Kawasaki Frontale. He is a member of the North Korea national team.

Chong received a great amount of attention by both Korean and Japanese media during 2008 East Asian Football Championship. Chong scored 2 goals in 3 matches for North Korean national team receiving top scorer honor along with Park Chu-Young, Yeom Ki-Hun of South Korea, and Koji Yamase of Japan. Both Korean and Japanese media brought the topic of Chong's possibility to join either of respective national team if they had discovered him sooner than North Korean national team. Chong's striking abilities could been a major addition to either country's foward lineup.
Officially, Chong does not hold a North Korean citizenship. When Chong turned in an application to denounce his South Korean citizenship at South Korean embassy, it was abruptly turned down. Reason being that South Korean federal law does not recognize North Korea as a country. South Korea also does not allow dual-citizenship to any country. Chong still wanted to play for North Korea. With the help of Chongryon(a pro North-Korean factor) organization in japan, Chong was allowed to receive a North Korean With the use of North Korean passport, FIFA allowed Chong to play for North Korea due to FIFA's dual-citzenship rule states 'A player can only represent one country that his/her's respective countries that they're allowed to play for'. But Chong still only hold a South Korean citizenship.
Born in Japan to a 3rd generation South Korean parents, Chong's parents decided that Chong to attend a Chongryon school. This greatly influenced Chong to be a pro-North Korean. Chong attend Chongryon schools to his adulthood. Chosun University(조선대학교) is a well-known North Korean school in Japan funded by the North Korean government. Chong decided to play for North Korea after he saw a losing match against Japan during 2006 FIFA World Cup Final Asian qualification.
