It includes these settlements:
Cholesbury-cum-St Leonards was created on 1st April 1934 and in addition to including the villages above it also incorporated parcels of land which previously were part of Chesham, Ashley Green and Drayton Beauchamp. It forms part of Chiltern district. The population of the parish was 979 according to the 2001 census.
