The track "Tools of the Trade" is taken from the Tools of the Trade EP.
The tracks "Corporal Jigsore Quandary" and "Incarnate Solvent Abuse" are taken from the Necroticism album.
The tracks "Buried Dreams", "No Love Lost" and "Heartwork" are taken from the Heartwork album.
The tracks "Keep on Rotting in the Free World" and "Rock the Vote" are taken from the Swansong album.
The track "This is Your Life" is taken from the Heartwork Ep and subsequently the "Wake Up and Smell the... Carcass" album.
The final eight tracks are songs recorded by John Peel of BBC Radio in 1989 and 1990.
Considering the wealth of Rarities that are out there it is felt by many (including the band who were not asked for input) that the rarities on this album could be greater. Subsequently there are many demos & live tracks in the bands possession that may never be released.
