Choaspes plateni,[1][2] commonly known as the Branded Awlking, is a butterfly belonging to the family Hesperiidae which is found in Asia.

The Branded Awlking is found in India (Sikkim, Assam), south Myanmar (including Mergui), Malaysia, the Indonesian archipelago (including Borneo, Sumatra, Nias, Bangka, Palawan), Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Hainan.[1]
