Chlorolestes elegans is a species of damselfly in family Synlestidae. It is found in Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
