Chlorocnemis nigripes is a species of damselfly in the family Protoneuridae. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and freshwater springs.
