[edit] Ford Falcon Cleanup
Hi James, I am not sure if this would interest you but would you like to help me fix the Ford Falcon article? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Harrison-HB4026 06:53, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
- Excellent. All I need is for you to help me and the others I have recruited to clean up the page, we will do the rest. In case you haven't noticed, I am a mad car fan. Thanks for your help. Harrison-HB4026 02:05, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
P.S What I would like is to get rid of the infoboxes. Thanks
[edit] Userpage
Hi; I just remembered that you "wished that your user page would look like mine". If you would like to know my page has a 'wrapper' created by a user called Andrew Hampe. Here is the link. Harrison-HB4026 07:30, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:Meetthepressauslogo.jpg
This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Meetthepressauslogo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:35, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Kerangtraincrashaerial.jpg
Unless you took this image yourself, you are unable to release it under a Creative Commons licence. It appears to be an image found online at a news related website. If this is correct, it's likely to be copyrighted and therefore unusable on Wikipedia. Let me know if you need any futher information about image licencing. Cheers. -- Longhair\talk 07:06, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
- It depends on which website it came from and what their image licencing terms are. Don't worry too much about it. We're all guilty of it at times :) -- Longhair\talk 07:10, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks Chicken
Hey Chicken, many thanks for your belated wishes. I appreciate you dropping by and your kind message. Hope all is well with you and your family. All the best, Sarah 12:47, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Hey Chicken, good job starting the article on Missing Persons Unit. I expanded it a little and added some references, links, cats, etc for you. I was actually quite surprised that we didn't already have an article on that show since it does well in the ratings (I read in one article that it even beat lost one week!) Keep up the good work. :) Sarah 22:29, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:One.png
Thanks for uploading Image:One.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 11:00, 15 June 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. OsamaK 11:00, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Australiannewsagentlogo.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Australiannewsagentlogo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 10:48, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re Parks Victoria
Hey Chicken, thanks for your message. The Parks Victoria article needs some more work before it goes into the mainspace. I'll try to help with it soon. I haven't forgotten your articles, I've just been really busy, but I promise they are next on my list of things to do. Hope all is well. As for your question about changing the font colour in your signature, as you can see from my own sig, I'm not an expert on creating fancy sigs, however, I recommend asking either User talk:Daniel or User talk:Riana. They are both lovely Australian admins and very knowledgeable about such things. I'm sure they'd be delighted to help you get your sig exactly as you want it. Take care, Sarah 10:12, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
