I don't believe it: You do know what a consensus is right? You're supposed to have a long discussion before making rash page moves, and when I checked only one person commented and that person was, I believe, against it. PLEASE DISCUSS IT NEXT TIME> ONE COMMENT IS NOT A CONSENSUS.--SUITWhat!? 42 04:28, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

So if a group of people believe that George Bush's name was Hot Dog, they'd be right? The point is, I've listed sources that say his name is Burdock, while only one (the FUNimation dub, which is prone to name changed. Look at Lunch and Karin, for example. They're called Launch and Korin). Chibi Gohan 16:49, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Requested move Hercule (Dragon Ball) to Mister Satan

It's happening again. Place your vote/comment on the respective talk page for which name Wikipedia should use; a censored name, or an orignal name. Power level (Dragon Ball) 17:49, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Dark Dragon Flame

Nothing personal your name was reverted when I reverted an edit by an IP user with a lot of vandalism warnings, I didn't even noted it until now when I checked the history of the page, if the IP user was you sorry it was just a preventive revert, just a friendly suggestion don't add warnings on edit summaries I got warned for that once, cheers -Dark Dragon Flame 07:55, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Dragonball Wiki

  • Hi there. I noticed you're a member of Wikiproject Dragonball, and I'm trying to recruit some people from that to contribute to the Dragon Ball Wiki. It's in terrible shape right now with pretty much no consistency or policies, and only this week have I been able to get Angela and Sannse to create some Forums for us over there. I've got a proposed Manual of Style going over there and would like some people to contribute to that to set up some policies and start making the wiki bigger, better, and more intelligible/consistent. If you're interested, please hop on over or talk to me. Thanks for the time, whether you're interested or not. Wildyoda 02:24, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputes

Hi, Chibi Gohan.

Just to let you know, you can see how disputes are settled here. Thanks and good day. Sjones23 21:03, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Delete

I never said the Japanese manga was the precedent, I said that HTR should be the source for names. In the case of the translation of what's being said, the English manga is a better source because it's what more people are going to have read, because it's more accessible than the Japanese. Transcription of names is a different matter, because it's all about the interpretation of the kanji and kana, like Ray/Raye, or Sidoh/Shidoh. In that case, it's best to use the most recent official source (How To Read). But for translation issues, it's better to use the English source. Does that make sense now? Besides, as I said in the edit summary, "Delete" makes more sense than "Deletion" in that case anyway, for an English reader, because it's like hitting the Delete key. [edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:SayuYagami14.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:SayuYagami14.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 09:36, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:JealousShinigami.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:JealousShinigami.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- SilentAria talk 14:27, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Non-free use disputed for Image:NearDeathNote.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:NearDeathNote.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted after seven days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Seraphim Whipp 19:56, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:MelloDeathNote.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:MelloDeathNote.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User:DrVonDre, you will be blocked from editing. Natalie (talk) 03:03, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Writing "you need to be banned" and "S-SONNA BAKA NA...! KEIKAKU DOORI!" is completely nonconstructive and considered vandalism. If you disagree with content in the article, you are free to make constructive edits that actually improve the article, or if you think it shouldn't exist at all you can nominate it for deletion. But if you continue to edit other people's user pages and make nonconstructive edits to articles, your account will be blocked. Natalie (talk) 03:10, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
Yes, I see that. I have deleted it as pure vandalism. In the future, please use the speedy deletion tags or articles for deletion process when you think articles are inappropriate, rather than replacing their content with more nonsense. Natalie (talk) 03:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] March 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Light novel. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Do not remove tags from an article without addressing the issue. Collectonian (talk) 14:52, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
