Here's a link that states that it was infact Johnny Ramone who vetoed the song, "Chinese Rocks" from being recorded earlier on.

The first recorded and correct title for the song is "Chinese Rocks", Dee Dee even refered to it as Chinese Rocks... not sure why the Ramones dropped the s when they recorded it. - Deathrocker 14:32, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
