[edit] Domestic/International

Please note the latest edit by Huaiwei to merge the domestic and international sections. (Click here to see the version prior to the edit) The same edit took place at the Air China destinations article. — Instantnood 22:15, Apr 12, 2005 (UTC)

Do note, that User:Instantnood split the listing into "domestic/regional" when creating this page out of the China Southern Airlines article without notice, and despite no other pages except the Varig page using such a listing format. I would strongly urge a depoliticising of such lists, and a conformity to established formats.--Huaiwei 22:37, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Please refer to my reply at Talk:Air China destinations#Domestic/International. — Instantnood 22:40, Apr 12, 2005 (UTC)
There is as yet little evidence whether Instantnood actually refered to those two pages before making the moves, or he was forced to look through the entire listing before finding only two examples after I pointed out it was contrary to formatting which has been in use here, so I would think that comment should be ignored. There is little need to seperate "domestic" and "international", because the country and sub-regional headings would have made this clear, if this distinction was ever neccesary. In addition, I am blissfully against anyone attempting to modify pages when political motivations can be reasonably suspected to be present.--Huaiwei 23:07, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Date/Time Referencing

This list of destinations is all very well, but it does not state when it is effective from or to. Is it 2003 or 2005 or what? Could some sort of time reference be added? Ardfern 21:54, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Which cities are these

I saw these on the China Southern site, but I am not sure which cities they are supposed to be:

  • Huand Guo Shu (AFAIK it is a typo - it should be Huang Guo Shu)
  • Jiu Zhai Huang Long
  • Kenasi
  • Ying Chuan

Can't call up their domestic or international websites now, but got into their reservation drag down menu in Google Cache:

It's obvious that CZ can't spell. If they can, they should know according to Pinyin standards, place names should all be one word when romanized. And here they don't even know pinyin! HkCaGu (talk) 23:48, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

    • Yeah, I redirected many CZ spellings to proper Pinyin... WhisperToMe (talk) 03:21, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
