I created this page for the Chimayó Cocktail which was recently popularized in the book "How’s Your Drink? Cocktails, Culture, and the Art of Drinking" by Eric Felten, Surrey Books 1997 but has been a growing hit in the world of cocktails since it's creation in the late 1960's. Many websites have published this recipe since the publication of Felten's book in 2007.
