Looks like the ChilliSpot has been abandoned by it's head developer. coova.org's CoovaChilli has taken over it's place. Maybe this page should be moved to CoovaChilli? [edit] Chillispot.info isn't "official"

The article is wrong. Chillispot site isn't moved to chillispot.info, and Jens isn't active at all. Chillispot isn't more developed, and chillispot.info is only a copy of the original site by some users from webarchive.
