Minneapolis-based Theater de la Jeune Lune did an amazing adaptation of this movie and the making of it in a 1992 show titled "Children of Paradise: Shooting a Dream" [1].

One editor User talk:140.103.236.176 has replaced with his/her own worlds and then removed a sentence from this section which reads:

"In fact, the extended production of Children of Paradise, which took place during 1943 and 1944, was a veritable tour de force of French spirit overcoming adversities in the wake of their military defeat." andwhich looks like it was added by User talk:167.206.19.12.
